“All in all, a most superb product and at such an amazing price, we were expecting to have to pay an awful lot more! Actually thinking of buying one for myself but don’t tell the Mrs!!”

“Absolutely terrible company, zero customer service, completely ignore any requests made for support. Don't believe all the good reviews, if you check they are all from the US, they don't export outside the UK so how on earth have people in the US had the utter displeasure of using them!? Currently going through small claims to gain a refund. Definitely do not use these people its a total scam, and waste of money!”

“My son loves his hover board, however the charger broke after using it twice, and was told by customer service that he had broke it and there was no way it was a faulty charger. After a few back and forth emails they refused to replace the charger and basically said I was lying about the fault even tho I semt in pictures for proof that the joint had failed. I have managed to get a charger for it for less than half the price off amazon, and will not be buying from them again, The product I recommend, the Company I do not!!!”

“The service was excellent although we haven’t opened or used the items yet as they for our granddaughters forthcoming birthdays. We had to email the company as we could not get the items to add to the basket - this may have been due to a problem with our device rather than the website. The response to these emails was quick & efficient. The delivery of the items was very quick. We are sure our granddaughters will be very happy with these but only time will tell.”
