“If I could give a zero I would. Hoverboard came without a crucial safety aspect of the hoverboard. Much disappointment on Christmas Day. Not good enough.”

“I ordered my item in the understanding it would be delivered next day like it said on your site before I ordered it. 2 days later I get a msg saying it’s now been dispatched and my courier will let me know in a day or two when it will be delivered, what kind of customer service do you call that?”

“My Daughter got Hoverboard from Santa, all I can say is wow from the ordering to the delivery to the easy set up off the kart was so easy. Built in Bluetooth flashing light makes the Hoverboard stand out, my daughter love its and you wanna see her go at the aged of 9 years old she already like a pro, I would definitely recommend”

“I ordered in November then the day of delivery they told me they was out of stock did I want a replacement I said yes then nothing from them I kept emailing and emailing and nothing then finally when I got in touch then hadn't even processed a replacement then again I heard nothing back finally it showed up just before Xmas eve but I ordered it started of November and it said 5 days it would have been here. Customer service wasn't great at communicating with me. I will say though when it finally came I got the hummer board with go kart it's amazing and made my little girls Xmas. So thank you.”

“My 10 year old son has only managed a couple of short goes on his new Hoverboard due to the weather but is already quite comfortable on it and going solo. The machine seams well made and does what it is supposed to. The instructions could be better, photos would help.”

“Ordered a hoverboard for my 9 year old for Christmas (Santa was a little busy, so I had to step in just 4 days before Christmas). I ordered it after 9pm and it arrived around 36 hours later. The hoverboard was well packaged and exactly as described. Very happy with the speed of delivery, particularly since I ordered so close to Christmas. My 12 year old liked it so much that he's just ordered one too.”
