“Scooter arrived next day. Had a faulty control button. Emailed company and withing 5 minutes the got back to me asking for a videos of problem. Once reviewed the part was sent in post that day and came the next. (They did give me the option to return and they would repair but it was a 1 minute fix) Problem solved and my son is very happy with the scooter. Battery lasted him around 5 hours . They are quick scooters doing 19mph in and very happy with the customer service .”

“My daughter & son have one each along with the karts. They are in constant use when the weather allows. Well made and the batteries being from Samsung gives us all piece of mind when they are charging in the garage. They are the envy of the street. I just wish I could work out how to ride one and I’d get one for me 😁”

“My son loves it however there are a few quality issues / room for improvement, the charging port is fully exposed and has no dust cover, so it gets dirty easily and has to be cleaned before the charger can be plugged in, also the location of the charger means it is easily damaged because it's very close to the ground meaning it dents and the charger is hard to fit into it without pliers or a screwdriver to open the port a bit”
