“We have two hoverboards from here, one very recently, and one 2 years ago. The hoverboard and kart from two years ago has had no issues, however the one recently had a faulty wheel on the kart after 5 hours of playing on it. Email was replied to within 12 hours about the faulty wheel and a new wheel was sent out.”

“I tried to order a Hoverboard attachment online, but unfortunately every time I chose stardust, I went through to my basket and it came up with black vortex . I contacted the company directly and they sent me an email to purchase the colour that I wanted. I was able to purchase it immediately and it was really helpful. Really impressed with the service.”

“Granddaughter (9) ecstatic with her hover board with seat and takes every opportunity to zoom around the area. It is the best gift I've every bought her and gives her plenty of freedom as she is not a bike enthusiast. Just need to stop 'hovering' around to make sure all is safe and well. I'll get better. Really recommend and seat is a great addition.”

“Within 9 days (2 days bank holiday) I had my 9 year olds hoverboard assessed diagnosed fixed and returned- all at a reasonable price. Can’t ask for better than that. Staff helpful and efficient. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended and will reuse if needed.”
