“I ordered a M365 Scooter for next day delivery however as far as im aware it has not yet arrived.... no big deal that the order is late however I've had no dispatch information or tracking information for my order..... and I have been trying to get in touch with the company since 9 am this morning with numerous phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails! And I have nobody has got back to me. The level of customer care / correspondence for my order that I have received is unacceptable. I am still waiting to speak to somebody about my order and its 15.39.”
