“Pretty Good. I ordered on a Friday before the next day delivery despatch cutoff time but it didn't arrive until the Tuesday. Sort of expected it on the Monday but delivered in good condition so no complaint just minus a star.”

“The filing cabinet I ordered was pretty much as expected when it arrived and I'm happy with it. There was no obvious tracking information regarding delivery, but it came so quickly it hardly mattered. Very little to find fault with overall.”

“My desk came very promptly but unfortunately I was only informed when it was despatched and I was not given any more info than that. The desk was really well packaged and in perfect condition. It was delivered on a pallet which I wasn’t aware of. I have had to dispose of that at my own cost.”

Thank you for your review and I have looked into why you were not notified of the delivery. Regarding the pallet, in most cases the driver will take the pallet away with them at the time of delivery. However, this does not always happen so we provide a contact number on the delivery paperwork for you to call to arrange for the pallet to be collected free of charge. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.

“I ordered an office chair that was supposed to be delivered in one to three days. Payment was made with the order. The chair did not turn up, so after five days I contacted Office Super and was told that the chair was out of stock but they were expecting a delivery the next day and I would receive my chair by the end of the week.......Still no chair! And no update from Office Supermarket to tell me where my chair is. the following part of this survey is about delivery which I can't answer as I have not received delivery.”

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. I have looked into the order and can see that unfortunately, there was stock discrepancy and this was not picked up by our system, meaning that you were not automatically informed. This was an isolated issue and one that has now resolved to ensure that it does not happen again. I have been advised that a colleague has now updated you, and the order is out for delivery today. “There a slight problem with the delivery which I understand was the fault of the courier. When this issue was identified it was resolved very quickly and efficiently by the company so still leaving a happy customer. The chair that was purchased was also very good and good value”

Thank you for your review and I am sorry for any inconvenience cause by this. I have escalated this with the courier as the driver should be taking the pallet away with them. However, on some occasions they do not, and that is why we provide contact details on the delivery note for you to call to ask us to collect the pallet. I have checked and cannot see that you have contacted us to arrange collection of this. I have now asked the courier to go back and collect ASAP. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused by this.
