“Excellent customer service. I had to work out which colour cabinet I needed and you were very helpful, confirming after I sent the picture. I ordered online and this was was easy. The cabinets were delivered speedily as I wanted to put them together at the weekend. They look great and I definitely be recommending and using Office Supermarket again! Thank you!”

“Next working day delivery was as advertised allowing for intervening weekend. Courteous delivery driver. Pleased with quality of products supplied as ordered. Minimal straight forward self assembly with included fittings viz castors, handles. Robust & solid desk with no 'wobbles' when cams tightened. There is slight, possible transit, damage in one of the cam apertures but not visible externally & didn't affect the assembly or post- assembly rigidity so not an issue. The drawer unit is already assembled just needing the screw-in castors & drawer handles to be user attached. All in all very happy.”

“I ordered an 1800mm x 800mm desk, 1200mm x 600mm side desk and 600mm deep draws. delivery was quick. liked that the fixtures look more robust than others I've seen, I feel this will be a durable setup for me. it was also easy to level all three of them. very happy.”

“Next day did not happen waited in all day BASED on what I was told that delivery would happen service not good and I had to find out the delivery company myself and call them after 5pm despite me calling during the day to confirm delivery was taking place very poor I am now looking for 50% back of the total cost mmmm”

Thank you for your review and we're sorry to hear of this delay. Having looked into this, I can see that there was a delay with the order at the courier's hub. Despite us chasing several times and being assured of delivery within the advised time frame, this obviously did not happen. This has been escalated with the courier concerned, and apologies again for any inconvenience caused by this.

“I ordered a filing cabinet which unfortunately was damaged on arrival so I sent it back & asked for a refund however I'm still giving 4 stars as the customer service I recd was really excellent. Kathryn was very efficient and replied to my queries very quickly. She even chased up the collection courier without me having to ask her. Once it was picked up the refund was processed the next day so I coud not fault the customer service at all. Perhaps they've made changes to the way they handle issues or maybe there is new staff, but either way, I didn't experience the issues mentioned by other customers.”

“Next day desk took 10 days to arrive, email notification saying it was being shipped but was still days before it arrived. Customer services were very helpful, but the broader business is dysfunctional and not good to order from. They seem to be a reseller for stock held by some other company, and that company uses another third party for shipping, and none of the three company's IT systems seem to work or communicate, so there is no way of seeing a true status of the order. Even the email they sent to get reviews didn't work.”

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear about your experience. Upon checking the order I can see that the order was placed over the period between Christmas & New Year during which time we had a notice at the top of the website (on every page) advising that orders placed up until the 3rd Jan would not be processed or delivered until the 4th Jan onwards. I can however see that there was a delay with your item at the courier's hub, and this has been escalated to them to find out why this delay occurred, and more importantly why they did not notify us as soon as they were aware of the delay. I can see that the desk has now arrived and apologies again for any inconvenience caused by this.

“I was dismayed that your website which charged for next day delivery did not make it clear that this was not always the case, if the item was coming direct from the manufacture. This caused some disappointment at Christmas and I have not yet had a response to my email requesting refund of the next day charge!”

Thank you for your review. Over the Christmas period, our offices were closed meaning that no orders were processed, or deliveries made over this time period. We did have a notice on the top of every page that advised of this and was very clear. However, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
