“I ordered and was surprised to have it turn up the next day. There was some damage to a panel but they dealt with this efficiently. The table is as it looked in the pic and functional. Would probably use them again.”

“The website was easy to use, and the selection of products was great. I received and email confirmation to advise that my order was being processed and was guided to download the SHOP App to track my parcel. The app showed my parcel as being shipped. Delivery times were supposed to be 1-3 days. However on the 4 working day I still hadn’t received my parcel. I contacted them via the website and they responded quickly to say there was an item out of stock. My item won’t be delivered now until at least next week. Obviously my son was a bit upset because he can’t set up his computer on his desk especially as the item was showing as in stock when we placed the order. But these things happen!! Hopefully things will all run smoothly when the stock returns.”

“Exactly what I was looking for, looks great, very sturdy, and I love the stand up desk section. It took us a long time to put together, which is why not 5 stars. But is worth it in the end. Delivery was very quick - impressed with Office supermarket”

“Very poor experience. I ordered the wrong colour item and simply wanted to swap and get the correct item. Instead of arranging an exchange they wanted to charge me £20 for collection and issue a partial refund. This is simply poor customer service. I suggest you guys look into some sort of exchange service for customer who had similar issues. I’ll look elsewhere and stay clear of this company.”

“Really not a great experience First delivery of furniture was badly damaged Second delivery came with no bolts or instructions Frustrations trying to sort out pick ups of faulty items Good customer service but a very poor service all around”

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. I have looked into the order, and can see that we replaced the damaged items as soon as we were made aware of what parts were damaged. I can also see that we have kept you up to date as soon as we'd had updates from the courier regarding collection. I can also see that we have offered you a partial refund (that you accepted) to apologise for the additional delay on collection of the faulty items. I cannot see at any point in the email communications that you have made us aware of any additional issues, so it's disappointing to receive a 1 star review. Please let us know if there is anything else that we're not yet aware of.
