“We were certainly very pleased with the quality of the filing cabinets. There was a problem with the communication regarding the delivery. The box of the second cabinet had many holes, dents in it but fortunately the cabinet inside had not been damaged at all. Thank you for a very good product”

“I really thought the service for ordering was excellent. The reason I have given an average rate is because i cannot fit in my foolscap box files that have a sturdy top and bottom to keep in better condition to ones without this. If the unit could be just that little bit higher to accommadate these would have got an excellent. i ordered online so did not chat with anyone but emails were sent on order and the progress, which was no problem”

“The office chair we ordered is exactly what we wanted. The delivery was from a 3rd party ( assume directory from the maker ) so wasn't sure about the delivery for a moment. The packaging was damaged but the chair was fine.”

“First class from start to finish. We were let down by a major online catalogue and needed four cabinets delivering to us Next Day. And at midday the next day, the goods arrived to our Erith depot. Fabulous quality, easy assemble.”

“Ordered 2 black office desks. The smaller of the too arrived with a damaged top due to the delivery driver not taking care of it. The replacement arrived today and it's perfect thank you. Can't fault the customer service at all. The desks are really well made and will last a long time 🙂.”

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that the handles are missing. We had replied to your initial email asking if you had checked the back of the unit, as sometimes the fittings pack can move in transit however we had no response. I have now requested the handles be sent out and these should be with you in the next day or so. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused by this.
