“Thank you for the order. The only reason I did not give 5 starts as I had no notification of when the order would arrive. I had an email which said I could track my package but it only took me to the order page.”

“No delivery date was provided, was supposed to be next day but wasn’t, had to phone customer services to chase it up. They were however, very helpful. Desk has slight damage to one corner.”

“The products are good and the team at the main office are friendly but the delivery time (next day) was not achieved. Ordered Monday, received items (desk and set of drawers) on Thursday. Not bad by any means but not next day.”

“I ordered a high back office chair. The chair arrived in a very battered cardboard box. When I opened it there was absolutely no padding around the chair, and so the fabric of the seat was a bit worse for wear. There was also absolutely no paperwork in the box: no assembly instructions and no receipt. The seat back wouldn’t stay in position as it kept falling down and I couldn't see any way of locking it in place once it was at the correct height. I was also disappointed that the chair took three days to arrive when I selected next day delivery.”

“Order placed Tuesday 11/8/2020 for next day delivery, expected 2-3 days due to Covid restrictions etc. 16/08/2020 I am asked to write a review hoping that I am pleased with my purchase?? I would like to receive it first! Then maybe I can review it!! 😤”

“I'm delighted with the product. It came promptly and with good sturdy packaging. My only regret is that I didn't receive a text to say delivery time. Fortunately someone was at home to receive it.”

“I would have given 4 or 5 stars for the chair itself which meets my expectation. The score has been ruined by a sloppy supplier delivery process. The chair was delivered after a week when I was on the brink of canceling the order. The lady in the customer support service was really kind and understanding. She professionally chases up the supplier and kept me informed. The supplier did not bother to inform me when and how the delivery would have been performed. On the website, as a warning, it should be stated clearly that they rely on third parties to which they have limited control.”
