Thank you for your review. Regarding the pallet, the courier should have collected this. We do also have a dedicated number on our delivery notes that can be called to arrange pallet collection, should the courier fail to remove it as in this case. Please let me know if this still needs to be collected and I can arrange this for you. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

“A very efficient service! I ordered a filing cabinet one morning and it was delivered the next afternoon. It was very well packed , easy to assemble and a beautiful piece of furniture which I was delighted with.”

“The Two desks were just as described, and arrived on a pallet in excellent condition the next day. the driver was very friendly. The desks were very easy to assemble and took about 20 minutes. They look great and are very sturdy. Would be very happy to buy from OfficeSupermarket again.”

“Is very good quality for price . Only problem is delivery 🚚 as it comes on a pallet and drivers refuse to help release it from pallet and then refuse to take pallet with them back on a lorry 🚛. If create problem for domestic deliveries .”

Thank you for your review. Regarding the pallets, the drivers should take the pallet away with them. If they are unable to/refuse to, then there is a number to call on the bottom of the delivery note where we can arrange collection of the pallet.
