The product is great. But I was charged 5 pounds for delivery that I think it should be waived or included as a part of the sale, thank you.

I ordered trainers and when I opened up the box both trainers had marks on them. The driver had my address wrong again if it wasn't for me spotting him I wouldn't of had my parcel yet again plus he couldn't be bothered to talk to me he was too busy on us phone

Ordered trainers which where in stock according to the website, paid for them, then a few hours later said the item wasn’t available and I would be refunded whic took 7 days to go in my account

It is not on the product that you won't accept refunds until I looked at the return label. I would never have bought the product if I had known. I am now left with swim shorts that don't fit and will have to sell on ebay.

I bought a pair of trainers from OD’s well I should say pair, I received 2 right feet, I had to call the shop twice and email before I had a response. On the 3rd day I spoke to a helpful man that arranged for my trainers to be returned. I’m still yet to receive my trainers

Hi Rachel, Thanks for getting in touch. Your original order has not yet been returned to us, therefore we cant send out the replacement until it arrives. I have tracked your return on the DPD system ,it was collected from the pick up shop on the 29th, it left the Cardiff depo on the 31st, and reached the Liverpool Depo today. So we hope that it gets delivered to us today. We can then process that, and get the correct original order sent out to you. Sorry for the original mix up with the order. Sadly the shirt was too small so is on its way to be returned. It was a lovely shirt however at a great price. Cost to return was over £7 to which I wasn’t expecting.

right. unless u collect an order on the day. ur confirmation email regarding purchase Will be a few pages back on your app. sometimes I've taken over a week to collect something. meaning that email isn't to hand. Now here's a thought how about I walk in say hello my name and address and say I've ordered blah blah blah. . Then u can go ohhh hello sir here's ur order enjoy the rest of ur day. instead. I've stood there for over 5 minutes scrolling emails looking for confirmation. what are the chances of someone finding my locked phone opening my email app and randomly turning up to collect something they have no knowledge of. seriously is mind blowing that u might think this could happen. plus how many times as someone turned up, said who they was what they purchased. and this to be incorrect. surely this makes more sense. I can't be the only one stood there looking for an email. just to please a colleague honest to god

The Items were Very poorly Packaged for delivery the bag which is all the items came in was slightly ripped open and the items slightly dusty.... After a light dust off (which by the way isnt what you should be doing with 2 items that cost over £350 ) the items are just what my son wanted However presentation and packing of such expensive high quality items was shocking...

Efficient service and pleased with the product I kept. As I returned 2 products at my own cost ( I realise this was my choice) it means I have spent at least £11 on P&P for a product costing £22. 😬

I was happy with my order, but was unhappy with the packaging. For a luxury product it just came in a clear bag. No fendi box or anything.

Wanted to spread the cost of my purchase with my Clearpay card. For some reason it wouldn’t accept it at the till and I had to pay the full amount which was disappointing

Two dresses fit perfectly and two are too small no delivery note or return address still waiting a response to my email asking what I do the quality of the dresses very good

No qualms with the quality of the clothes or the delivery service in fact it’s preferable that any business avoid the use of Royal Mail in favour of other services for me. However of the two items ordered one was actually out of stock having apparently been sold around the time of my online order. Disappointing as the idea was for two matching items. Info on this wasn’t forthcoming unfortunately, no forewarning to enable the cancellation of the order.
