“Very poor service. I thought my delivery would come in 3-5 days. It has now been 10 days since I ordered it, and I still haven't got my delivery. Tomorrow I am travelling to an entire different country. I will send back my order.”

“Wasn’t notified when my order was cancelled. I had to chase it up a week later. They then emailed me. With no compensation and no apology. I needed that dress for my daughter for a wedding that week. Incredibly disappointing. They should have at least notified me straight away if the item was sold out instead of waiting at least a week when i emailed them.”

“Paid for next day delivery didn’t receive for a good few days. In fairness not all the fault of the seller as much blame on couriers and when raised with seller fee was refunded with good communication”
