“I was told OD’s stocked the Redrun activewear that had now sold out completely at Redrun themselves so I messaged them directly on Instagram and they were so helpful and checked the stock and gave me loads of information on click and collect. I managed to secure the items that I wanted and went to the store to collect and the staff there were really friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend ODS”

“1st time ordering from here and it won't be the last. Ordered at 5.30am on Wednesday and had my parcel by 2pm on Thursday. Best price I could find online too apart from some dodgy sites with shocking reviews. Read the reviews 1st for OD's before ordering and I wasn't disappointed. Delighted with the service.”

Hi Elaine, we're sorry about the issues you have faced with your order. Up to this point we where unaware that your item had not been delivered. We have tracked the order through DPD and can see that the item has been delayed at the couriers warehouse from 30th Nov 2023. We have immediately raised this with DPD to see what is going on, and to find out if we can get delivery sorted asap. Once we receive information from DPD we can then move forward. Again, I apologise for the poor courier service you have received, we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.
