“Bought a coat online and collected it Boxing Day. Unfortunately it was too small but the lady was really helpful. We managed to find an alternative. The lady I dealt with was so lovely.”

“My daughter brought me a sandbanks sweatshirt for Xmas I only opened it yesterday as I was in Spain to find there’s no badge on the sleeve very disappointed Surely it’s checked over before posting? I shall return it first chance”

“Hi I have been shopping @ ODs since I was 17,I am now 36 and not only does my wife and I shop @ OD’s my daughter does to. The customer service is 2nd to non the lads and the girls are always on hand to help. Happy 2024 guys ! Keep up the good work ! Day Phennah”

We're really sorry to hear that the Vivienne Westwood earrings broke on the first day of your partner wearing them. This is certainly not representative of the quality of VW products we are used to.
