“Not very descriptive of the sizing and where the store is located from... I live in the US and from just looking at the website, there was no description saying they carry sizes in UK. I ordered a 6 in shoes and I expected a 6 in US Women, however it was a 6 in UK women which is a whopping 8 in US Women, and the return/exchange policy doesn't pay for shipping so I would be paying even MORE almost $100 more for a package to return, possibly, before the return postage deadline. It was a lose lose situation... overall experience was not very great but the Customer service lady was nice enough, even though she couldn't help me at all :/”
