Hi Elaine, we're sorry about the issues you have faced with your order. Up to this point we where unaware that your item had not been delivered. We have tracked the order through DPD and can see that the item has been delayed at the couriers warehouse from 30th Nov 2023. We have immediately raised this with DPD to see what is going on, and to find out if we can get delivery sorted asap. Once we receive information from DPD we can then move forward. Again, I apologise for the poor courier service you have received, we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

Extremely poor, I ordered a T-shirt that came with a rip in it, when sending back it cost me £8.15 on top of the £5.95 I had already paid for delivery. I requested an exchange for the same T-shirt just in perfect condition, however without being contacted I got a refund instead which I was very disappointed about as this is not what I asked for, because if the item had not been damaged it would have been kept. So I have now paid £14.10 on an item I have not received. I have also sent an email requesting the T-shirt back (and said I am happy to return the £24 refund), as well as £8.15 refund for delivery that I would not have had to pay if the company did not damage the item, which I have not yet received a response too. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received.

My order got cancelled. I did however get a refund but received no explanation on why more order got cancelled.

Hi Karina, your order was refunded as we are not allowed to sell individual Nomination Links unless accompanied with the purchase of a charm. Your order was for 6 individual links and no charm. This information is stated on the product image, in the product description and also on the product pop up which you accepted. We're sorry you didn't receive an explanation with the refund email. Hi am a bit disappointed in the service I have received I returned my 3 items I ordered and have only been refunded for 2 you have charged me for socks that I returned with the other items so I would be grateful if you could disolove this matter

I didn’t make a purchase because although the item was in stock you said there was a pricing error on the website so I wasn’t allowed the item and therefore issued a refund Very poor

Hi Cam, we are sorry there was an issue with your order. We did have the stock available for your order, but when the staff in-store processed it. We found a defect in the Jacket and we didn't want to ship it out in that condition, so we refunded the order, and the stock was auto added back onto the site by accident. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Ordered a Boss top.. paid… then told it was not available… still haven’t had refund!! Why ?

Hi Ian, on the rare occasion the available stock we have can be incorrect. We can only apologise for this. In terms of your refund it was processed on the 4th of September, the same day as the order, I would advise double checking with your bank.

Item broke after a few days and quality of metal starting to show :(. Will be enquiring for a refund as I did not pay what I think was worth what I got. Not very happy at all.

I have always purchased from you even jewellery, especially Christmas and birthdays. I ordered a bag as a gift and waited two days for the delivery. DPD confirmed that they had received a request to deliver., in the end I decided to call you to be told that my order was cancelled even though it was in stock when I ordered it I was told that “we sell in the shop too so it ran out of stock sorry about that” one thing that I really needed too I feel so let down by you especially asking for a review on a purchase that was cancelled without any notification.

I ordered an item that was in stock on the website then got an email to say it wasn’t in stock so I was having a refund, why is it still saying in stock on the website when it’s not.

I realised when I ordered the garment it would be the wrong size and immediately contacted the seller they refused to cancel so I ended up having to pay additional shipping costs sending it back will not use again

Took my money, sent an order confirmation and then waited til 2 days before Christmas to then email me to say it was out of stock and a few more days before returning money. Left me no time to get a replacement Christmas present.

Was called to be told that the coat I ordered online had holes in and might have been caused by a mat or rat whilst it was in warehouse, and there was no others to send out instead!
