“Still not received order been over a week now also paid for next day delivery”

“Very poor service. I thought my delivery would come in 3-5 days. It has now been 10 days since I ordered it, and I still haven't got my delivery. Tomorrow I am travelling to an entire different country. I will send back my order.”

“Wasn’t notified when my order was cancelled. I had to chase it up a week later. They then emailed me. With no compensation and no apology. I needed that dress for my daughter for a wedding that week. Incredibly disappointing. They should have at least notified me straight away if the item was sold out instead of waiting at least a week when i emailed them.”

“Shown item in stock, took payment then on day delivery was due just sent a refund, no explanation why, I assume because item wasn’t actually in stock, very poor not to communicate the reason”

“I have no idea of the quality of the item as it is still with the incredibly unreliable Parcel Force. The delivery has been scheduled for the last 4 days, each day it appears to be on course on the map, then it is suddenly returned to depot as a failed delivery, I have rung them twice and told them I have a camera which can prove the elusive Jason has no attempted delivery, but cannot see me buying from this site again as the delivery is so bad”
