“Goods arrived presented well, returns policy was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, the fit wasn’t what I expected. The only reason it wasn’t excellent was the carriage costs incurred for essentially no product. However, I appreciate there is a cost of transport.”

“right. unless u collect an order on the day. ur confirmation email regarding purchase Will be a few pages back on your app. sometimes I've taken over a week to collect something. meaning that email isn't to hand. Now here's a thought how about I walk in say hello my name and address and say I've ordered blah blah blah. . Then u can go ohhh hello sir here's ur order enjoy the rest of ur day. instead. I've stood there for over 5 minutes scrolling emails looking for confirmation. what are the chances of someone finding my locked phone opening my email app and randomly turning up to collect something they have no knowledge of. seriously is mind blowing that u might think this could happen. plus how many times as someone turned up, said who they was what they purchased. and this to be incorrect. surely this makes more sense. I can't be the only one stood there looking for an email. just to please a colleague honest to god”

“I have always purchased from you even jewellery, especially Christmas and birthdays. I ordered a bag as a gift and waited two days for the delivery. DPD confirmed that they had received a request to deliver., in the end I decided to call you to be told that my order was cancelled even though it was in stock when I ordered it I was told that “we sell in the shop too so it ran out of stock sorry about that” one thing that I really needed too I feel so let down by you especially asking for a review on a purchase that was cancelled without any notification.”
