“I cancelled my monthly subscription and they still fraudulently took the money from my account. My request for a refund was refused despite me providing evidence of my cancellation email. They actually claimed that they "didn't believe" my evidence and proceeded to just argue with me instead. I found most of their guides are outdated junk that will simply get you banned from the betting sites... it's the community which holds this shamble of a website together, as the staff don't update the guides and rely on the community to do it for them. Don't make my mistake and ignore the negative reviews. Seriously... don't give them your money. Ultimately I decided that arguing with them for a refund wasn't worth my time, so chargeback with my bank was issued.”

“Way too expensive, some futures are only available to those who have bought the year subscription. On top of that I don't use is enough to justify the cost.”

All of our core features are available to both monthly and annual members, the only one feature that we currently reserve for our annual subscribers is the ability to enable auto-refresh, this has been implemented as the majority of customers do not require this option and, by limiting it's usage, we can ensure that customers using auto-refresh does not have cause any adverse effect on other members. “Terrible. Hasn't worked no my phone for ages. Would not recommend and would like to be assured my subscription is not automatically renewed”
