“I signed up not knowing much about match betting but thought I'd give it a try. After reading the very thorough tutorials, I placed my first bets. From there all seemed to click into place and within the first month I have made over £1000 working through the opening offers. Next I will look at the each way calculator and accumulator offers to continue my profit. If anyone is thinking of trying match betting, oddsmonkey is the way forward. The software is very well written with a fast responsive website and the support was also very quick to respond when I had a query too. They also seem to be continuously updating the website with new calculators, pages and offers. Keep up the good work guys :-)”

“I subscribed to profit accumulator before i joined odds monkey. The reason for the change ? Odds monkey are cheaper/ month, they have their own software (profit accumulator were using odd monkeys odds matcher). Profit accumulator failed to live upto their promises especially with their match catcher software. I wish i had found out about odds matcher first. Maybe they ought to look at better advertising their service.”

“The service was average but recently there have been a raft of changes and they have all been for the better. This service is now a real contender up there with the likes of Profit Maximiser .. in fact you now get more value for money than with other services and is very competitive on price. I think the tutorials could do with more in depth descriptions but with a bit of reading elsewhere you can use the information held within as a good basis”

“Hi, I came over from Profit Accumulator after a recommendation from a mate and Oddsmonkey seems to be far more user friendly. However, I still haven't got a clue how to use the racing matcher for example. I think the guides are written with the assumption that we have an idea about betting, when I have NOT GOT A CLUE. It would be good to explain the principles first before getting into the tutorial itself. I also don't have lots of time and expect that I will just about make my £15 subscription fee back every month if I'm lucky. Or maybe I'm just not using it right? I've not got a lot of interest in using casino stuff and certainly not bingo. Apart from that, great! Dave.”

“Your site is very good in particular the race matcher and tennis matcher as well as the odds matcher, however your Daily Offer Calendar is poor and i find I can get more comprehensive information regarding reload offers from free matched betting sites. Please don't be mad at me guys as I love your site but if you want me to tell you the one area you should concentrate on improving then its the Daily Offer Calendar. Other than that - keep going.”

“I came over from another company and the only thing they offer better than OM is their forum. Outside the offers folders I don't feel the OM forum is very organised with only 2 folders (general or support) with no structure to each one. also the advanced offers section is just guided rather than actual sign up offers. I'm sure thing will improve over time so pleas don't see this as negative as I'm loving the service. Thanks.”

Hi, we're very sorry you experienced a problem with one of the bookmakers on our site. Unfortunately this particular issue was outside of our control as the bookmaker had a technical issue with their feed, we were chasing them up regularly and as soon as they had resolved their problem we made sure that the odds were back up on the site. Unfortunately we can't offer refunds when just one out of over 90+ bookmakers is temporarily unavailable. Pinnacle has been up and working again ever since that issue. “I heard about matched betting from a friend back in February. “A good tool to find arbitrage opportunities.However,there is no extra benefit from when I paid £8 a month.The new tools are probably useful for a beginner but I am a seasoned pro and for me they are irrelevant. Horse racing tools that I use from other software systems include being able to filter out certain meetings or choose certain races. My conclusion is that it is a good service and definately worth £8 a month but at nearly double for no extra benefit, I may well not renew my subscription.I think it is now more value if you are a novice and use several tools”

“I like the way the desktop oddsmatcher tool looks and prefer to use it on my mobile however the refresh button is hidden behind 'all bookmakers'. I dislike the mobile viewer. I also wish the site would default to oddsmatcher I don't use any other part of your site”
