“I have been taking Oceans of Goodness Seaweed capsules on and off since 2011 for my Thyroid. I have found that whenever I stop taking the capsules, I start to feel very lethargic, listless and slow in my cognitive function. I took a break this year for a few months from taking the capsules (I had run out and had forgotten to replenish my stock) and it was only at the start of this month that I became aware of how tired I was - 'dead tired' as I call it. I started to take the capsules again last night and I was *stunned* at how quickly I started to feel better - it was that immediate!! I am taking one capsule in the morning and one in the evening as I find this method works well for me and I cannot underestimate how well I am feeling: incredible in fact! Thank you so much Oceans of Goodness for making such a wonderful and important product - for someone like me, it really is invaluable and essential.”
