Und da es die Tasche als Messeware im Sale gab, hab ich erst mal im Service telefonisch nachgefragt, wie man denn den Zustand der Tasche bewerten kann.
Vorneweg: Der Austausch mit dem Service war perfekt!
Klare Rückmeldung, professionell, kundenorientiert und sehr freundlich!
Die Tasche wurde - trotz der nahenden Feiertage - in kürzester Zeit geliefert, und die Qualität der Tasche und die Haptik des Leders ist fantastisch!
Spuren eines Gebrauchs (als Messeware) waren nicht zu finden!
Und die anschließende Nachfrage nach einem zusätzlichen Trenner für die Tasche (wegen meinem spezielleren Anwendungsfall) wurden absolut unbürokratisch und aus dem Stand gelöst!
FAZIT: Die Entscheidung war absolut richtig! Mann bekommt für eine OBERWERTH auch einen echten MEHRWERT!”
