“Love the large sling bag!
Fits my Hasselblad X2D II with lens attached and one extra lens with a few needed accessories. Plus 3 extra batteries. Had to put the batteries in side pocket. Battery holder too small for Hasselblad batteries. Also the lens wraps are great. Hard to find lens wraps of this quality.”

“One of the cover snaps broken on the second outing with the bag. A poor design, cheaply made. The item must break with some regularity since they offer a DYI replacement kit for $20.00. Less than I week old and I'm already paying to make it useable.”

Please rest assured that all material or manufacturing defects are covered by our lifetime warranty. Of course, we will replace the snap for you free of charge.
The replacement kits you mentioned are intended for customers who may have purchased a bag second-hand or who wish to change the color of their hardware, not for cases like yours.
