“Biggest complaint would be that when I received it I realize it would be too small for my needs in contact with the company to make a return. I was looking to upgrade to a larger version.
I’ve had no response at all… absolutely nothing. I would think a company like this would provide a little bit better customer service. So while the bag is well made, I will move onto another brand.”
