“Overall I'm very happy with the two wrist straps that I have purchased from Oberwerth, one for a Leica D-Lux 8 (Hydro / Black - red stitching) and the latest for a Fujifilm X-E5 (Classic / Dark brown - beige stitching).
The design, leather material, leather finish and product presentation are all excellent and I would highly recommend these particular straps for users of smaller cameras.
I chose the straps with a split ring attachment, and this is my one criticism of both straps. In my opinion the split rings are not of the quality that I expected. They have a 'tarnished' appearance (not shiny) and they appear to me to be 'basic' split rings. I have already replaced the split ring on the D-Lux 8 with a 'Cura' split ring and will do the same with the strap on the X-E5 in due course.
The buying process and shipment were good, as expected, albeit there was only limited shipping information until the item reached England.”
