“The process of dealing with Oasis was pleasant and easy from start to finish. We knew Coral from previous visits to Oasis for chemicals and cartridges for our old Spa, so when it was time to replace it, we went directly to her. We purchased our Spa during the early stages of the Pandemic - the shop was open by appointment only and they made a conscious effort to be Covid safe without denying us the ability to look at the options available, which was great. While we waited for our Spa to be delivered, Coral kept us updated with progress and put us in touch with Dan who carried out the site visit, installation and any maintenance work down the line. The team are very friendly and knowledgable, they were always able to answer any questions and nothing was ever too much. Thanks guys - Jackie’”

“On the 1st of June this year we took delivery of our amazing “Joli” hot tub, the selection process was made extremely easy thanks to the patience and product knowledge of our point of contact Coral, she listened to our requirements and helped us select our perfect hot tub. Following a site visit by Dan to qualify firstly the access to our garden and then the base and electrics we’d installed, it was then our tub was ordered and a delivery date agreed. On the agreed date our hot tub arrived and was installed and commissioned without fuss and we were given a full tutorial on the controls and maintenance and the promise someone was on the other end of the phone should we require any help while we get used to our tub. Six months on I cannot sing the praises of Coral and Dan at Oasis pools highly enough and also endorse the quality of their products. A very satisfied Barry Day and Anne Hards. (Herne Bay)”

From visiting store, choosing the correct tub for us , placing our order, updates on delivery (Covid really played its part lol) and installation... 5* service from start to finish. “I recently purchased some pool parts from Oasis, the order arrived on time but there was an issue with one item. I called Oasis and a replacement was sent out first class along with a nice little freebie. Really impressed with both their prices and customer service and will definitely use them again.”
