“I love the packaging, price, free samples, social media pages etc. I've got A few suggestions :) On your shopping cart page, if you click to pay directly with PayPal rather than the conventional method, it's impossible to enter in a promotional code. So you need to go through the regular checkout and then there is the option to pay with PayPal. But some customers may not realise and this could deter them. On your about us page, you talk a lot about being passionate about quality, nutrition, natural products etc. But I'd like to see a little something about the founders and the story of the business start up and it might make it more believeable I do realise there are fees and other complications involved but I think you could further your sales and attract new customers by listing your products on Ebay again - Its hard to stand out and promote yourself with a website alone with Google ads or whatever competing with holland and Barrett, Linwoods, supermarkets etc. Ebay is how I found Nutriseed and it just seems like another free marketing tool...people searching for superfoods are likely to see your brand and potentially become new customers like me. Howdy Alex, Many thanks for your kind comments, you're making us blush! But thank you also for you suggestions, they are extremely valuable to us. All of what you are saying makes perfect sense. Our technical team is currently looking into the PayPal issue that you mentioned, which we hope to be rectified soon. We will also look into making the About Us page more personal too. “This was my first order with Nutriseed. Was delighted with the excellent products, which were really well packaged both for the journey as well as storage, once opened. Delighted not to have to decant everything, once opened, as the self-seal bags are really good quality. Shall definitely be ordering more! Thanks Nutriseed”

“I asked a few questions via email before I made a purchase and the reply was very quick. The team at Nutriseed seem like a fun bunch of people with a great sense of humour. I purchased 7 items after doing lots of online research on seeds and powders etc. I was kept well informed on every stage of My order status and it arrived very fast and in perfect condition. (thanks for the sample bag of grass) The foil lined and resealable bags are of very high quality. All the use by dates were for 12 months or longer. The web site is easy to navigate and looks fantastic. I would not hesitate in recommending You to give them a try !. Oh, about that Unicorn......... the team will understand ;-)”

“Wonderful and company! The website is really easy to navigate, I love that there's a timer until the next deliveries are sent off, my item arrived quickly, and there was a lovely personalised little hello inside with a free packet of chia seeds! Smashing. Will definitely be ordering here again and recommending it to friends!”

“Quick delivery, items were well packed in boxes surrounded by a straw bedding and arrived safely. The seeds and berries I ordered were then packed into resealable brown bags, so quite handy being airtight. I did find them a bit awkward to get open and one bag opened the wrong side of the seal, meaning I was unable to close the bag again, but that was probably me being too heavy handed and not a negative on the excellent standards of the company. I received good communication through the order confirmation to delivery stages and even received a free gift with my order, a small sample of one of their products. I also like that you can buy in bulk with the increase in the weight of your product the cheaper the goods are per gramme, this works out much cheaper to buy in bulk as you also get the free shipping once you hit the £30 mark. I will be happy to buy from this company again in the future when my stocks start to run a bit low.”

“Quick shipment! Good packaging to keep product fresh in big size pack but only plastic bag in small size (not a big deal but it will be good to have same packaging) Would be good to have daily administration instructions/recommendations in the pack.”

“I was a little confused when my order arrived in two separate packages on two separate days but having said that I am very pleased with,1st the packaging which was very protective and secure and 2nd, the content which is excellent. the quality of all three of my items is very good indeed.
