“I hate feeling hungry so was delighted that my shake/smoothie of almond milk, a whole banana and scoop and a half of yummy nutriseed not only kept me full but tasted good too!!! Have added it to natural yoghurt at lunch time with blueberries and that's been me sorted until tea at home!! Would recommend and definitely buy again, delicious & nutritious what more could you need?”
