“Extremely quick response and delivery - great packaging and I'm pleased with the product I ordered. Only one small criticism , I have never ordered this product before and although it came well packaged and had the weight in grams on the side I was unsure as to how much or how little of it to take daily.. Some kind of guidance or a recommended daily dosage would have helped. That said I'd readily order from them again. Ps love the emails - very funny and 'hip' !”

“Cannot complain, great service, great humour. an enjoyable experience. A little more expensive than available locally, but can put up with that. The postage lifts the overall cost so maybe I will order a larger amount next time as I believe this reduces the cost. one question: can you mix the flax seed with porridge and then microwave without loosing its benefits? (just testing to see if you actually read this) Colin Clarke.”

Howdy Colin, Thanks for your kind words, we really appreciate it, and lovely to hear that you get our playful sense of humour :). With regard to your question, research studies have shown that the alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and the lignan phytonutrients found in flaxseed are surprisingly heat stable. Sorry to get technical but we had to look into this when creating our Superfood Porridge, you see. (Flaxseed oil on the other hand is another kettle of fish...). Therefore we don't see any problem in heating your flaxseed with your porridge in the microwave. If you do have any worries though, simply sprinkle your flaxseed over the top and stir in once the porridge is heated. Hope that helps you, and yes we read each and every one of our reviews :). “These products are an excellent way of keeping healthy. I have learned recently Coconut butter is good for cooking. If its anything like Cacao butter, I am certainly giving at try when I place my next order. Already passed the website details to friends. My order came very quickly and very well packaged. I enjoy a smoothie everyday and confident that I am drinking a healthy smoothie with all the benefits of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. My husband thinks there delicious and he is sold on them with the benefits of Nutriseed products. I received a sample of Chia seeds in my first order and its on my list for my next order. I made a really nourishing salad dressing. Just sorry I hadn't been aware of the benefits of these seeds before. A much better quality salad dressing than shop bought and so easy to make. My salad was greatly improved. Look forward to placing more orders with Nutriseed.”
