“Excellent customer service. Had an issue with some ceremonial matcha I had ordered. I thought it tasted odd (ie fishy taste) - it turns out I was making it too strong. Anyway customer services replied to my email promptly and offered a full refund, which I declined as there was no need, in the end. I am enjoying my matcha with lemon and ginger and it is 😍😍😍. I shall be buying from Nutriseed again.”

“I was very excited about trying a juice cleanse by Nutriseed until they failed to deliver due to a typo in the postcode. They offered me 50% off for 3-day old juice or a 50% refund for products never received! I didn't receive one juice but they still charged me.”
