“I would have appreciated some instructions or suggestions on what to do with these white granules. Should I dissolve them? And if so, in what? Mash them? Just eat them? How many at a time? I found the descriptions? written in small spidery writing on brown cardboard difficult to read. The recipe was complex demanding a special shopping trip to get the ingredients, it also sounded rather disgusting.”

“Ordered on the 23rd, arrived on the 7th. I appreciate there may be a Christmas break and could have timed my order better, but I feel it was still rather a long time to wait. Also whilst the packaging is lovely I felt using a box plus paper straw was a bit of a waste. Would certainly order again though”

We normally dispatch all orders same day ( when placed before 3pm) however as mentioned on our website our last shipping date for 2015 was the 18th December hence a later than usual arrival date.
