“Good service and communication. Well packaged. However, the free pack of Goji berries sent was disappointing as they tasted very funny. I had to feed them to my chickens.”

“I've ordered 5 day plan and I've lost over 2,5kg (with a little bit of cheating) my skin is glowing and I feel amazing. I am very happy with the results. Juices were delivered on time and they taste incredibly good! I will order again!”

“Fast delivery and fantastic product packaging. Easy to use website and good customer service. The product itself was not as good in afraid. Juice 2 seems to go off,the lemon one,and almost clot together.”

Hi Natasha, Thanks for getting in touch to let us know. Juice 2, Neon, does have a bit of an acquired taste. With all of the juices, sometimes they will natural separate but if you give them a gentle shake once defrosted, they should blend again naturally. We do however take your feedback on board. “First order juices were missing and the second order arrived very late in the day and had defrosted so I couldn't refreeze them what a waste of money very dissapionted will only order again if free juices are sent other wise will return to radiance juices as we order every month and have never had one problem with them in over a year”

“When defrosting the bottles in the fridge they nearly all leaked. I called customer service they asked me to email with photos. Which I did but I have had no response.”

“Excellent customer service when needed. Juices were nice although personally I struggled on day one but think that's sometimes expected. The lemon juice was the hardest to drink for me but pored into a glass with ice made it easier :-) saw an improvement in weight and my skin! The wee boost I needed!”
