“Informed by a very informal email that my order was cancelled for no given reason and refund requested. I emailed to ask why it was cancelled and received an email days later saying it was out of stock. Still waiting for refund.”

“I was so pleased to find Nursing Bra Shop as I’ve found it difficult during my pregnancy to find comfortable bras that will last during breastfeeding. I found the website very easy to navigate and particularly liked the ‘we recommend’ page and the Q&A in the summary section for each bra. I was updated on the progress of my order and delivery was quick. I’ll definitely be purchasing more bras from this website and would recommend them to others.”

“While my bras arrived on time and were good quality, I've tried contacting customer service a few times about their free returns policy and have had no response! The bras aren't cheap and there should be an easier way to deal with returns!”

“How do you get a free return? There is nothing on the website to explain how to achieve this although it is advertised, and despite two emails requesting reviews of their service, no one has replied to my email asking how to do a simple free return.”

“I received my order promptly and all was as I expected. Unfortunately the bra didn't fit me, I emailed nursing bra shop to query about returning the item I received no response. I filled out the question section of the website and received a quick reply but they completely misunderstood my question, I responded to clarify and have received no further emails. I have now had a bra that I want to return sitting on my side for 2 weeks the communication from the company seems lacking.”

“After 20 days from my purchase my order still hasn't arrived. 5 days from my purchase I received an email, asking me if I would like to take a refund or wait for my product to arrive in the delivery next week. The week had passed and, despite of my enquiries, I haven't received any dispatch information or my product. I am bitterly disappointed with the service I received and I am still waiting to receive my order or a refund.”

“I'm quite disappointed with the breast pad I purchased. They have very bad absorption and didn't really catch much of my leaking. I tried all six pads of the boxes in different days, unfortunately none of them worked! Also the pads themselves are really small and cause a lot of fluff on my nipples.”

“Good selection of nursing bras, much better than at more well-known outlets. I accidentally ordered two bras instead of one, and noticed just after I placed the order. A friendly customer service rep quickly rectified this by refunding me for one of the bras and making sure only one was dispatched to me. Very happy with the service as well as the quality and support of the bra I did receive (from the Anita brand) and have ordered another one. Would highly recommend.”
