“Almost one month later snd I have not received the product. Customer service and communication has been very poor with me having to chase over several emails to get really vague responses. Will never order from this site again”

“Order arrived for 4 bras. 3 of which are great but 1 has a whole in. Emailed to be sent another or return. Had 1 reply saying will replace and heard nothing since, have emailed twice since still nothing. Want my money back or bra replaced”

“Ordered a bra, was refunded as it was out of stock, no option to change colour, thought I would just reorder in another colour but the price had been doubled. Emailed for assistance but received none, worst company I've dealt with”

“Poor. Ordered a bra, and was issues a refund 4 days later due to out of stock. I appreciate out of stock is unavoidable but for the company to take a few days to inform me of this when I was expecting it within this time through my letterbox.”
