“Good bras, good customer service”

“I placed 2 orders, one was received as ordered, the 2nd wasn’t what I ordered. I called twice and got through to voicemail. I have left 2 messages, but have has no response. I have emailed using the email address from the invoice and their direct email, requesting a refund but still no response. I have returned the bra and paid for the postage, but have had no acknowledgment. The customer service is non existent. Not very happy at all”

“Very easy to use. I like that returns are very easy. They have a good range of different bras on the market so no need to shop from different shops/websites. I also like that they have a very good range of sizes and not just the standard that you find on the high street”

“I found ordering my nursing bras really simple. I was so relieved to see they had my size, as I'd struggled with other shops. They arrived really quickly and were so comfy. I thought the price was really reasonable too with good communication about dispatch, etc. Would certainly recommend!”

“Happy with one of the bras and delivery. I returned one of the bras as it was a bit tight. I haven't received the refund yet and I sent the item back on 17/1. I have emailed twice and made phone calls and still not got my refund!! Not happy with this as they aren't cheap!”

“The bra I bought is super comfortable and has a nice tie so the bra doesn’t give you a mono-boob like all the other brands I’ve tried! Delivery was also fast so got my bra really quick.”

“Purchased twice now and a quick service with quality products at competitive prices. On my 1st order 1 item was no longer available and quickly refunded. I then returned 1 item and again this was a smooth process. My 2nd order is taking slightly longer to arrive but on querying had a swift response confirming dispatch so just waiting for Royal Mail to deliver.”

“I'm so disappointed. Six years ago I ordered 2 bras and everything was excellent. This time I ordered on 24.10.22 abd didn't get it yet. I sent you emails but you ignored them. I am going to report about it to PayPal.”

“Excellent customer service. One bra I ordered was out of stock. A refund was sent straight to my account, before I even received an email explaining. Bras arrived quickly, good quality and fit beautifully. Highly recommend”

“I purchased a bra which I needed for the weekend, paid extra to have it shipped quickly then a couple of days later when it was meant to be delivered I received a refund. No email to say out of stock or sorry couldn’t be shipped, I even had to Google where the refund was from as it wasn’t named nursing bra shop. It was then Friday so I couldn’t get a bra in time so I feel very disappointed!”

“Extremely poor service from this website, no communication. If you don’t know the exact bra you want don’t order. Tried to phone several times, leaving a voicemail and emailed a fair few with no response. My ordered turned up 3 weeks late with also zero communication on dispatch etc. I though this company was a scam. Now I’m worried to return as I don’t think I will actually get a refund.”

“The prices, product quality and delivery were first class, however, I have had a query in with them for ages about exchanges and it has yet to be answered. I am also worried about the exchange/refund policy as, although it’s great that it’s free, it involves just putting an address on the front, putting it in the postbox and hoping it arrives. There’s no real proof of postage unless you spend more so very little peace of mind.”
