“Absolutely fabulous hand cream...Tried loads of different brands but this is the ONE. It actually keeps my hands soft for hours. Smells lovely and absorbs so quick. After 2 days of use I haven't got dry hands anymore. Definitely worth buying. Would recommend to anyone. I will never buy any other hand cream please keep your business going you got yourselves a loyal customer here. And hats of for donating to nurses and midwives .... Just love it .”

“My hands have been really dry with using hand steriliser all the time and this is the only cream that has worked. I bought some for my sister-in-law who is a midwife and has terribly dry hands. Within 5 days her hands are lovely and soft. This cream doesn't seem to be available to her at work (Ayrshire & Arran Health Board).”

“Used Nursem hand cream one week now and hands much less prone to irritation. Needed less as week has gone on. Not keen on perfume and bit sticky but perhaps used too much. Just need pea size amount.Hands feel and look better. Really pleased decided to buy product.”

“Really great product! My hands were dry and sore with broken skin on my knuckles. Nursem healed the skin quickly and my hands are now really soft. Delivery was also really quick. Would recommend 5*”

“I've been waiting for this link to write a review! Simply the best hand cream I've managed to find. I'm so annoyed that I didn't do a before picture because the difference is amazing. My fingers are (were!) constantly cracked from constant washing and I've never really found a cream that works. The difference with Nursem was noticeable within 48 hours. Within a week, the smoothest they've been in forever. Amazing. I used the Caring Skin Fix and regular Nursem hand cream. Thank you. Fabulous product and wonderful brand philosophy.”

“Bought this when hands were so dehydrated that they were sore. Have tried other creams with little success so this was a last resort having seen it advertised. It’s amazing, pleasant smell and absorbs quickly so I can use it between patients and get back to work. And the best thing about it- it works! My hands are no longer sore! Great product and I will be buying more.”
