“I was really disappointed with the unfragranced hand cream product which did not easily absorb into my skin, and left my skin drier than it was before. I returned the purchases I made for a refund and have reverted back to Body Shop’s Hemp Hand cream, which works perfectly for me. Whilst I appreciate you offer a refund for dissatisfied customers like me, I had to bear the brunt of the return postage. A really disappointing experience. I was also disappointed with Nursem’s defensive response to my complaint! Really poor customer service! I’ll never use you again or will I recommend you to other based on this negative customer experience”

“Love the hand cream, use it several times a day, I ordered two 75ml tubes, my daughter has been using one as well. Just a couple of issues for me- not overly keen on the perfumed used, but will order the unperfumed one, would also like to have a smaller tube to keep in my handbag. (25 - 30 ml).”

“Simply the BEST hand cream I have ever used…I struggle with very dry skin and splits on the ends of my fingers which are really painful and Nursem works wonders even after washing my hands and not reapplying they are soft and comfortable ….”
