“My hands have been so, so dry but the hand wash and the cream have really helped. I like the smell as well as it's not overpowering. I have found that the more I've used Nursem the better my hands are getting. It's for such a good cause as well but I wouldn't use it if it wasn't working. I will be buying more.”

“lovely cream, sorted my chapped hands in a few days and now keeping them suitably soft! you really only need a little pea-sized blob, and it's absorbed easily. Smells fresh but not overwhelming. Thank you so much, will be recommending :o)”

“This product lives up to expectations. True to their promise my nhs nominee received the free supply & I was even notified when it was on its way. As a hard working ambulance care assistant they were suffering badly with irritated hands. After trying it they too are very impressed with the product. We would definitely recommend it”

“I saw this on Dragon's Den so was very excited when it popped up on my IG feed. My hands have been really dry due to the constant hand washing and no handcream has worked even though I have tried many. So I placed an order for the hand cream. It is amazing. It smells divine and after only a few uses my hands are so smooth. Buy this - you won’t be disappointed! I love supporting new businesses which fill a void. Well done!”

“Like the ethos. Like the product though I felt it to be a bit 'tacky' on my skin. I also bought one for a vegan friend so was excluded from one product that contained honey....but rest were vegan. I emailed to enquire about this and received an excellent informative response. Good customer care. I love the packaging. Clean and scientific looking... I.e. not gimmicky.”

“Lovely scent to this gorgeous hand cream which really does leave my hands very soft and feeling nourished. Even used it in my 4yr old grandson whose hands were dry the backs of them felt rough, probably through not washing off all the hand soap every time. A touch of Nursem on the backs of his hands at bedtime and the problem seems to have gone away. Will buy again and am recommending to family and friends.”
