“I saw this product featured on a daytime tv programme and decided that it sounded like it might help my dry and peeling hands (contact dermatitis but not found out what is causing my issues - housework is my guess!). I tracked the hand cream down and haven't looked back since. I have tried other products but they just don't work as well for me. I ran out a few weeks ago and used other creams, my hands just felt dry with a tight feeling, now my skin has peeled again and looks horrible. So ordered direct from Nursem and also bought the nighttime intensive cream. My hands are recovering again. My friends love me as I share my Nursem, we all love the smell of the original one and they say their hands are lovely afterwards. It might cost a little more than cheaper hand cream but when you find a product that works, is it really worth saving a couple of pounds a year on something that doesn't do the job. I love the original hand cream the best. I now keep a pump bottle on my desk at work, so much more convenient than squeezing a tube.”

“Love the product, solves all my contact dermatitis problems. I’ve used the entire range, unfragranced and fragranced and the hand wash is at many of our sinks…however…the cost is becoming a deterrent, and in times like these it’s important to cut what costs you can. So after this last batch I’ll be swapping out to a different brand. Great product though!”
