“My hands were really sore with working outside and gardening and I saw this to give it a try. It’s the best hand cream and hand wash I have ever used and my hands felt much better after just one use. I love the fact that as part of my purchase a health professional benefits too. “I purchased Nursem for a number of reasons; I liked the idea of the Nursem promise, I'm an avid supporter of small, UK businessess, the convenience of a pump dispenser was appealing and the natural ingredients were a must. However, the bonus was the hand cream is absolutely fantastic! Absorbs quickly without greasiness and smells lovely. I've put it in the staff loo's at work and told everyone to try and buy!! Good luck to you on your business venture and thank you for a fabulous product.”

We're so sorry to hear the scent of our hand cream isn't to your liking. We always aim to use naturally derived ingredients so our products are gentle on sensitive skin. In order to do this, we use Bergamot, Petitgrain and Grapefruit natural essential oils in our scented hand cream. Our unscented hand cream, however, does not include these essential oils, so it smells more natural. You may enjoy using this more!
