“I am an NHS front line nurse so I know the strain put on nurses hands. This cream is amazing. Absorbs in a minute or two and then protects your hands until they are washed or sanitised. I use the tub skin fix at night and this really moistures overnight. Brilliant product.”

“My daughter and I both love the hand wash and hand cream. She lives in a hard water area and if she used any other hand wash she gets red sore and dry hands which goes away when she uses Nursem. I have just bought her and I the gift sets in the sale to keep us going for a while. It is long lasting and so soft on the skin. Smells good too.”

“I bought this for my daughter as she suffers with very sore cracked hands and within a day of using the trial pack her hands looked and felt much better ! Also the hand sanitiser didn’t sting her hands . She works in a school so is constantly having to use sanitiser . Very happy with products”

“Really wanted to love this but sadly it hasn't really been the answer to for my poor hands. The caring hand cream makes me itchy and the skin fix is ok but my hands aren't really much improved so back to steroids I go 😔 pics are after using only nursem for a week.”

Whilst our products have helped many with highly sensitive skin, we understand everyone's skin is different, so this is not always the case. Our Caring Hand Cream contains naturally derived ingredients Allantoin, Pro Vitamin B5 and White Willow extract to soothe sensitive skin. “Exelent cream the best I've found as a welder I get exposed to all kinds of crazy chemicals but this means I have non dry and cracked hands so 5* all the way”

“I have used Nursem products since I first saw it on Dragon’s Den. I particularly like the Caring Hand Cream and Caring Hand Fix which help to keep my hands looking good. It is also nice to be able to help support nurses. It is easy to order online and the products usually arrive quite quickly. My last order was slightly delayed due to the time between Christmas and New Year. This slight hiccup will not put me off ordering further supplies.”
