“Absolutely amazing hand cream, I work for the NHS and I’m constantly having to sanitise my hands leaving them very dry. A pea size amount is really all you need, it’s easily absorbed and not greasy. LOVE IT !!”

“Sent to my mum after I saw them on Dragon’s Den and she used to work as a nurse. She has always suffered from eczema and cracked hands even more so with hand sanitiser use. She says it does exactly what it says and softened her hands very quickly - she loves it!”

“Easy to use website and prompt delivery. Great idea for a company to produce something we all seem to need (even my husband!) and which benefits the NHS in the process. Impressive. Sorry though, there is a tiny negative...the name is terrible! Even though I get how the name was derived, it still makes me cringe,”

“This hand cream is unbelievably good. I have sensitive skin and very sensitive eyes which makes normal hand cream difficult to use (have to keep hands away from face). No such problems with Nursem. It sinks into your skin and does its job with no greasy residue. I can highly recommend it and will be ordering more for my daughters, one of whom is a nurse!”

“As a nurse myself my hands were very sore and dry. My knuckles were cracked and bleeding and I’d tried all different creams and this one was the best. The smell isn’t too bad either. So thank you for saving my hands. No before or after photos unfortunately.”

“Super cream!! Started working and improving the whole families sore, dry hands after the first use, when so many other creams hadn’t made a difference at all! It also smells great, is a perfect consistency making it easy to apply and it doesn’t feel greasy! Plus we think it’s awesome what Nursem are doing - providing a amazing healthcare professionals with a month free when you nominate someone!!”

“I purchased the caring hand wash, hand cream and skin fix - best products I have tried! Having had eczema for over four years on my hands, no other specialist products had cleared the problem. Constant scratching caused even water to sting and chaps had left my hands with deep cuts on my knuckles, cracking open every time I turned a handle etc. Within two days of using all the products, the cracks had healed and the severe irritation had gone. Amazing! Thank you so much. A wonderful idea too to support the hard-working hands of the NHS.”

“Just received my second order of this fantastic hand cream. I am on chemotherapy and one of the side effects is sore, dry / cracked fingers and hands - and they certainly have been. Hospital prescribed Diprobase cream but I find it’s so greasy for use during the day. Nursem is so easily absorbed and non greasy, meaning I can continue to use my lap top, iPad and phone without smearing them! Nursem has been a godsend and has greatly improved my symptoms, thank you. I will be telling my oncology team about it.”

“Our son is a barber and upon return to work, following lockdown his hands became red and sore due to the frequent, intense hand washing. After using the intensive and non fragranced hand cream his hands have now reverted to soft and supple. We now use the non fragranced hand cream”
