“Amazing product. My hands have been so dry and skin cracked and I saw this advertised and thought I would give it a try because nothing I've used so far has helped. Immediately helped my skin and 2 weeks on from first use my hands are smooth and soft and not a patch of rough dry skin anywhere. Delivery was fast and nicely packaged and product is amazing. Highly recommend.”

“Watched the pitch on dragons den, bought the cream because everything else I tried didn’t cut the mustard. This however is fantastic and cured my split finger ends in days ! Smells amazing and helps a great cause as well. I’ll be a regular customer for sure.”

“I purchased this hand cream after seeing the reviews on Facebook, and I wasn’t disappointed. The cream is lovely and thick in consistency so you don’t need a lot. It glides over your hands so smoothly and absorbs really quickly into your skin leaving it lovely and soft. Well done Nursem team 👍”

“Hiya thanks for the hand cream, working as a nurse on night duty my hands and especially my finger tips crack with lots of hand washing and using hand gel so im always on the lookout for good quality hand cream as cracked finger tips are so sore so thanks for producing this product”

“After years and years of trying EVERYTHING called a Hand Cream on the market ( I was a Chef for 35 years and now a shop owner opening and breaking up card boxes constantly) I saw the Nursem advert on Instagram. Ordered both the Hand cream for during the day and Caring Skin Fix for over night. All I need to say is …. It’s The Holy Grail …. Using Both have turned my sore, cracked finger tips ( often open wounds as they were so dry and cracked and would not heal ) It’s just part of my skin care routine…. An absolute MUST!!! Thank you Nursem”
