“The best hand care cream I've come across, my hands suffer from cracking, splits and constant dryness, my work involves many chemicals and lots of cleaning, since using Nursem they are so much softer splits don't occur and soreness is relieved when applied. 100% never changing my hand care cream”

“Nursem has changed my life as eczema flare-ups are much less now. The sanitiser continues to be a godsend in this pandemic, as is the hand wash and cream. Love the mini versions too as often it's the soap when I am out that irritates my hands. The skin fix has also reduced the need for steroids so thank you all, from one very happy customer”

“This is the best hand cream I've ever used. It goes on like a barrier cream, but leaves no greasiness. Hands feel moisturised and smooth afterwards. I bought the unfragranced one so my partner uses it aswell. Thoroughly recommend it.”

“Absolutely incredible stuff! I was recommended Nursem from a friend after I suffered a very bad allergic reaction and the skin around my nails and tips of my fingers became increasingly sore. They didn't seem to heal with anything I was using, and having to wash my hands a lot for work/use hand sanitiser was just making any repair to them go backwards.. but Nursem saved the day! I used the hand cream at first and then ordered the caring skin fix to use at night, my hands were better in a matter of days. The smell of the hand cream is lovely, it doesn't stick to your skin or feel heavy, both the hand cream and the caring skin fix absorb beautifully and have really helped my hands which I felt were beyond repair. Thank you so much!”

“This is the only cream that helps my hands and my skin, I have tried everything and the market and even doctors prescription creams and nothing made a dent until the skin fix cream! Now my hand has healed as the top layer of my skin had cracked away on my palm and I am no longer in any pain! 100000000000% recommend!”

“I've only been using the products a week but I am thrilled with the results. My hands felt so sore and dry and would crack and bleed from frequent handwashing. I have been using the Handwash, handcream and the skin fix daily and my hands are so much better. I have tried many other creams in the past which would sting and irritate my skin further but I've had no problems using these products. Thank you Nursem!”
