“Daughter bought me this last Christmas and I just ran out , I liked it so much I put it in my secret Santa bag and kept some for myself. I work for a crisis response team so although wearing gloves every job hands a always getting washed. Loved the idea someone gets a supply every time I buy this. Wish it was me.”

“Love this! Great gift (much appreciated by a retired nurse), sustainably wrapped and ethical concept. Full size hand creams and minis box set to spread the news around the family at Christmas. Beats clapping but hopefully guarantees more support for decent pay and conditions and rallies sympathy for the strikes. Keep up the good work 👍🏻”

“Package arrived 10 days late (this was a birthday gift, so we missed the date), in dirty and damaged box. I appreciate that this isn't Nursem's fault, but your courier (Royal Mail) is letting you down on that front. Plus having no 'option B' when the postal strikes have been advertised for weeks is simply poor planning. The thing that's annoying is that it comes in a branded box, as opposed to being placed in a separate box for transporting (which 99% of companies do). I can forgive the late delivery, but it's disappointing having the to give this gift 'as-is', looking like it had been kicked around a football pitch. First time customer and not a great experience.”
