“I am a care assistant,so tried this cream as my hands are dry and sore from constant washing,this cream is great!! I bought more already and some for my niece who is a nurse,she loves it too.”

“First order got lost in the post but contacted Nursem and they sent replacement order which I received a couple of days later - thank you. The hand cream is lovely easy to apply, you only need a pea size amount and it disappears no greasy residue. I love the smell and my hands feel hydrated.”

“I bought the hand cream and have found it the best be tried so far, with all the extra hand washing and sanitising my hand were a mess . Within a couple of days they were super soft. Excellent product”

“I had very dry hand due to lots of hand washing and using hand sanitizer. I look after our grandson. Used nurses with great results. On third day, hands were softer and dryness gone.”

“the scent of the handcream is really lovely and lasts. the cream is very good, a few applications on my first day of use and it corrected my dry skin immediately! it is rather expensive though.”

“I purchased this hand cream as had borrowed a colleagues , I prefer the cream I purchased as its fragrance free ( white tube) my hands take a battering every day working in the health sector , fingers crossed this helps I feel they have aged due to constant washing as so dry”
