“I gave the Heroes Set to a friend of mine who is a nurse. When I saw that all five Dragons had so thoroughly approved of Nursem, I thought it would be the perfect present for my friend's birthday. And she loves it. I think it's going to be her birthday and Christmas presents from me for some time.”

“This is marvellous stuff! I have had my hand and arm in a plaster cast for nearly five weeks now and the skin under it is flaking and my fingers are scaly and dry. But a twice daily application has helped the bits I can reach enormously! I can't wait to get the plaster off and use Nursem to get my arm and hand back to normal Thank you!!”

“Unfortunately I suffer rom psoriasis and I was recommended to buy your skin fix. When used it makes my skin feel as though its burning. So can only use after using Centraben. Brought two tubs but feel that this has been a waste of money - sorry.”

“I have acute contact dermatitis on my hands and I am always looking for a new product that can help. After putting on emollient I normally have to wear cotton gloves, otherwise I can't touch anything until the cream has been absorbed. I need to put cream on hourly throughout the day. The Nursem hand cream absorbs so easily - I can put it on little and often without needing gloves afterwards. It's definitely helping me and I am glad that by buying it, I am also helping others. I have the pump at home and the tube in my bag for when I'm out. It really is a life changer for me.”

“I give Nursem 4 stars as the hand cream is good however our order did not arrive and I had to contact your company who informed us that the delivery had been “lost” in transit (via the Royal Mail). You kindly sent out a replacement which we received nearly 2 weeks later. Maybe there is a problem sending out orders with Royal Mail.”

“Lovely product! I have really sensitive, dry hands and have struggled to find a hand wash that doesn’t make them worse. I tried the hand wash & cream so happy to say that my hands are so much better within just a few days. Great to also know that a nurse receives one as well with every purchase”
