“I love Nursem hand cream and have bought it three times. I use it just once a day at bedtime and my hands & nails stay in good condition. It lasts ages and has a lovely, light smell. Also cruelty free and the tube is recyclable. Would like to know whether all ingredients are palm oil free…hope they are!”

“Simple. This is about the third or fourth time I have bought Nursem products for my wife. She suffers from psoriasis and cannot use many commonly available creams etc....... However with Nursem, it is one of the few products she will happily use regularly.”

“I have used Nursem in the past and have always received excellent service from them. Orders dispatched quickly and no wasted packaging. My order this time was delayed but this was because of the postal service and not Nursem's fault.”

“I bought the none fragenced one it does have a strange smell, but it is by far the best hand cream I have ever used. I suffer from cracked, split and peeling hands and within 3 days all of which had started go heal and by day 5 almost gone.”

“All the products are great for my eczema prone skin- I can even use the body balm and unscented hand cream during a flare up which is rare for me. Customer service is also amazing, will be purchasing more as I use the hand cream daily!”
