“We ordered the plain versions of the handwash, handcream and Caring Skin Fix. It helped with very dry (cracking) skin on hands quickly and the hand cream helps reverse SO much washing. I'm happy to recommend it.”

“This is the hand cream you NEED in your life. It has helped my hands recover from lots of handwashing and anti bacterial gel - but it's not slimy or sticky - it's just perfect. I've been recommending it to all my friends and family, it's absolutely brilliant!”

“This stuff is the only topical treatment I've found that truly helps to repair and protect my hands. My children and I suffer with soap sensitivity, and frequent washing and sanitising have left us all very raw and sore. “Saw this product on Dragon's Den and as an ex-nurse was impressed with the presentation & philosophy. It's lovely to use as a hand cream, but I gave one tube to a disabled friend who has sore, cracked skin creases. She is delighted with it! Her GP had prescribed a cortisone based cream, which burned, whereas Nursem soothed.”

“I absolutely LOVE this! ...not only does it smell divine, the skin on my hands no longer feels dry and itchy and it is even taking away that 'crepe paper' look that I thought I had to just live with. Its also really heartening to know my purchase allows them to supply nurses with it for free. Can't recommend it enough.”

“I saw this on Dragon's Den and thought that it looked great. My daughter then mentioned that her hands were in a terrible state so ordered a tube for her. She absolutely loves it. Then my 5 year old granddaughter showed me how sore her hands were from the constant sanitisation that they have to do at school. Sometimes they were so painful that they made her cry. I ordered a tub of the cream for her and her hands have improved massively. She is not allowed to take it to school with her (school rules) but she puts it on before school and when she gets home and says that her hands no longer hurt. She loves it. I cannot recommend these products high enough. Probably need to get myself some now!”
