Awful, Paid for front and back plates and next-day delivery. Didn't get the plates the next day. Didn't receive any plates at all. Contact them a few days later to request refund. They charge £3.99 PER PLATE fee to cancel. Ridiculous. Still want some of my money back. 2 weeks later, and multiple emails to them and recieved no refund, no plates, no communication. Please AVOID.

Luckily I paid by Paypal so if they aske for anything else Paypal advised they will refund my money whether this company wants it or not.

Ordered a set of plates everything was confirmed by Beth, who on the day of receiving my plates was sent an email saying”no we can’t send the out and would not refund me my payment”
I replied to the email saying this wasn’t fair and I’m contacting PayPal, to which the reply I got from Beth was “COOL”.

As with everyone else they took my payment then hit me with a request for a lot of personal information. Had the need for that been clear up front I wouldn’t have ordered.
Immediately cancelled and now in the fight to get a proper refund rather than pay them for their underhand approach to service provision.

I ordered front and rear plates for my car and their site assures you receipt within 24 hours, 48 hours passed still no sign of plates, I emailed to ask where they were and what you find out after paying for them is that you have to provide certain proofs of confirmation, I'm due to fly abroad later today so this wasn't an option for me so asked for a refund, after all they hadn't been printed yet, this is when they hit you with cancellation fees of £3.

Absolutely discussing company let me order and pay for two plates after doing so l received a email requesting all sorts of paperwork l didn't have because l had a company registered the number so l couldn't proceed at that moment and asked for a refund because l ordered else where with no problems l was told that they are deducting 3.

You can either report them to PayPal and get a refund or if you pay via any other method you can complain under the consumer rights act 2008 as their method of telling you what you are “legally” required to do only after they have your money is effectively misleading you into entering into a contract: don’t fall for it.

Terrible company and poor after sales, my plates arrived on time but very bad quality, edges rough and chipped , asked for replacements or a refund and was refused. Total rip off! £70 down the drain !1
