“Just before Christmas this company put out a message saying they were having issues and could not take orders. Shortly after they returned to business and started accepting orders. Unfortunately since then something has gone very wrong, and they seem to be taking peoples money and not fulfilling orders. They have no phone number, so the only way to contact them is via their contact us page or an email address. Sadly they seem to be ignoring both, as they are not responding. As you will see from their other recent orders, i am not the only one. Do not order from this company. They used to be good, but they will not take your money and not deliver. I am reporting them for fraud, and will be leaving reviews everywhere i can to ensure others do not get caught out by them.”

“I paid in full 03.09.2022 via my debit card I never received the plates I ordered. They have not responded to my emails now gmail says their address dose not exisit ! Bunch of cowboys never use them you have been warned.”

“Awful, Paid for front and back plates and next-day delivery. Didn't get the plates the next day. Didn't receive any plates at all. Contact them a few days later to request refund. They charge £3.99 PER PLATE fee to cancel. Ridiculous. Still want some of my money back. 2 weeks later, and multiple emails to them and recieved no refund, no plates, no communication. Please AVOID.”

“Bought Aluminium number plates from them, and they turned up as ABS plastic. I used their website tool to build the plates, paid for them and when I sent them a video post receiving the incorrect plates, they said I had followed their site wrong!?!?!? Your site, your bad design, your problem and your responsibility to make correct. Avoid like the plague!!!”

“Be careful as a con to get your ID documents. Loads of people here fell for this as they make it really easy to submit your order and pay without telling you first that you need to then provide further documents. When you cancel the order they ask a £3.99 cancellation charge on you. Done intentionally to draw you into ordering, then once they've got your money they tell you about the evidence needed and get to make the cancellation charge. I felt unsafe about giving my id but have now sent and blanked out the dob, etc as well as serial number. Luckily I paid by Paypal so if they aske for anything else Paypal advised they will refund my money whether this company wants it or not.”
